Tresse Restaurant and Bakery
This is a restaurant inside Toyoda Gosei Memorial Gymnasium next to JR Inazawa station. By combining the key concept "and symbol" that represents bonds with the characteristics of the building, we aimed to create a place open to the community. The hall with a scenic view through the curtain wall has dynamic and liberating high ceilings. The central station counter establishes a core surrounded by seats capable of arrangements to suit all scenes. The concept of connecting and mixing diverse elements is expressed through designs such as ceiling louvers, wooden floorings, and tiles.

Brot Yanagi Bakery
A renovation-extension project for an existing residential structure to house a bakery shop on the ground floor. The arched section of the structure, where the bakery's oven and counter are located, is made to stand out, while a modest storefront and elements commonly used in housing construction, such as tiles, wood, and plastered walls make a harmonious connection to a surrounding residential area. The structure invites passersby to peek into the kitchen on the street side and offers a path toward the front door. An extensive display of baked goods is revealed upon stepping inside.

Within this small building with less than 300 m2 area, all functions required for a construction company are densely packed in, including an office, meeting room, factory, loading area for trucks, and bedroom. The small site was fully utilized to form the complex facility. The exterior appearance also shows the functions of the building as a complex facility. Each function was designed as a "box"and stacked. The interior space of each "box" has a different theme, emphasizing the diversity.

The plan was for a relocated fashion college. Our design concept was the school building as an interface between the school and the town. The "Interface Hall" was created on the street side, with a four-story-high open ceiling. The great stairs can be used as a stage or an exhibition area, and the skip floors are available for displaying clothes toward the street. The activities of the school and the movements of the students directly become showcases to add vibrancy to the town.
