Architects aimed to create an in-between zone, somewhere that is neither inside nor outside, a metaphor of Nature. The bathroom becomes a place where the Client can rest and reconnect with herself, a space that provides mental and spiritual nourishment. The fluid form of golden trellis supporting air-filtering plants and cave like walls echo Nature through architectural forms. Architects applied principles of Cradle to Cradle, reusing existing elements and integrating non-toxic building materials.
