Abstracted the main colour from the Sunflower have been using in terms of giving impression of nature.

1089 is renovated from an old building. The facade were modified by over 5250 pieces white metal panel, enlarge the entrance to 5 storeys height, all in white colour represents pure and clean. Over 30 workers hand-installed every panels in 40 days. 1089 is the first flagship store in China. Using white panels also represents flying feathers, moving when wind blows. To allow more creative respect to all customers, opened up your mind and imagination.

Hemin office is a Shanghai based property estate development company. We used “H” as the main design concepts. Three-dimensional logo wall, H-shaped ceiling feature, all developed from their name. Flexibility is the client’s mission. Therefore, an open area as reception linked with operable wall conference room is ideally for the space. It is very convenient to convert 2 spaces into separate area.

An old building is converted into "Home feeling food mall" and residential area. Welcome home is the main concepts by using unique design treatment. Traditional Chinese food stall will be the mall's attractive point, you can find different local Chinese food from first floor. 2nd floor will be restaurant and 3rd is educational centre. 4-5 floor is residential area Existing facade is only one storeys height shops, and upper floor are limited window to allow natural light. All shops have been demolished and converted into 2 storey height, add new openings as window at 3-4 floor.
