A Garden for All Type Design
This project is an educational project. It was an assignment on Typography Design given to tertiary education students from the School of Art, Design and Media, NTU, Singapore. The assignment was for each student to design Drop Caps as a font family. The outcome was multiple font families created by students and inspired on the flora, fauna, and unique features of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. From this, the best Drop Caps were printed in the book A Garden For All, published by the editorial Epigram Books in Singapore.

One and Three Books Editorial Design Workshop and Exhibition
The exibition One and Three Books is the outcome of an ongoing research/pedagogical project led by Danne Ojeda at the School of Art Design and Media (ADM), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Inspired by the artwork One and Three Chairs (1965) by Joseph Kosuth, it analyzes the relationship between the book as a concept, the book as a process (its making-off), and the book as an object of communication.

B.O.O.K. (BASIC OBJECT OF KNOWLEDGE) Exhibition design
This exhibition displays relevant examples of contemporary book design. It offers a selection of published books and their three-dimensional prototypes that help with understanding the creation and development of a number of milestones in today’s book design. The exhibition structure resembles an installation whose form re-enacts the process of designing a book page layout. The main elements of the show –book and text arrangements – echo the format of a page composition within the exhibition space.

DNA Poster by Danne Ojeda

DNA Poster
The poster resembles the structure of a DNA shaped as a paper origami. This is in reference to the concept behind the exhibition D-Sign-Lab focused on the relationship between art, design and science. An origami would always depart from a fixed basic 2D form to (un)fold into complex and endless possibilities of unique 3D structures. In a similar fashion, DNA transforms the sameness of bio-chemical materials into individual identities based on dissimilar combinations of sequential chains.
