The residental unit situated in the Southern District is designed by T.B.C. Studio. The design was inspired by the green landscape view outside the window. With a lot of warm wood colors were used in the house, and a row of cabinets was specially ordered in the living room by the window, so that the owner can sit comfortably by the window and enjoying the beautiful scenery, it feels like being in a bird-watching house.

The architectural designer first independent solo interior design project, selecting a mixture of Japanese and Nordic featured furniture to create a comfy and pleasant atmosphere. Wood and fabric are majorly used throughout the flat with minimal light fittings. The concept "Inside Out" wooden box revealed with the connected wooden entrance and corridor while open to the living room as "Inside" showcasing books and art displays, with rooms as "Outside" pocket of spaces serving living functions.

The user of the household is a newlywed couple. The designer takes the homonym of the word "meeting" and uses "box encounter" as the theme of the whole design. Each area in the house is surrounded by different colours, just like a few different ones. The boxes are combined. This design symbolizes the encounter between the married couple and the family. From the moment they met, they are together to present and achieve this warm home.
