The gray, blue, and wood lighting design when through the white colored ceiling as a breeze of the desire of knowledge. They symbolize reading as a sea that nurtures the concrete structured city, natural landscape, and a peaceful, relaxing experience. The Library is a windsurf full of knowledge that led students to their destinations.

The whole space is structured by an oval symbolize inclusion and togetherness. Students learn in this oval room and build up relationship. The Home Economics Room is expected to create a safe, inclusive and affiliated atmosphere. Even though the background and ability are different, the designer hopes that the students can build up confidence through communication and cooperation.

Inspired by Einstein's theory of "General Relativity", which mentions that when gravity reaches its extreme, black holes will form, absorb everything, and space-time will be distorted, forming an irremediable scene. Gravity reshapes the cinema appearance. The white ceiling swirl design mimics the black hole, where numerous particles flow into the trajectory and form a stacked light cove from low to high.

Many of the public schools in Hong Kong were built under mould type mass production by government. As a revitalization project, designer hopes to reform the ideology that the library is just for book storage, and to reshape the new library through spatial planning, visual recognition, curriculum integration and multimedia learning. Designer has maximized effectiveness under limited space by space sharing, multi-functionality and complex moving lines on floor plan.
