Hc Kaisa Sales Center
The first floor starts from the brand culture center, and then goes to the coffee book bar. The second floor is the product center, which is about the process from life to products. In this case, the designer believes that "the space should not be designed only for sale, but should be integrated from function, aesthetics and experience to create a multi-functional and sustainable community place to provide services and experience for people". The sense of science and technology combined with the original unique texture shape, so that the space has a different sense of expression.

Integrate into the urban texture, into the inside story of life. Designers explore a new balance from the instability of the room. Indoor whole uses black and white grey as the main tone, the ceiling of the house is very primitive cement exposed style, there is no redundant decoration above, but directly will be rough cement color display. Its whole tonal is gray, gray gives a person a kind of calm, steady, with a few sense of style.

An exhibition space selling lifestyles from the cereal land. When the volume is not the benchmark, the house and chairs and other daily necessities are essentially basic living needs. The way of presenting the space in the room, through the volume variable of the cube, progresses to the area of different functional attributes, forming rich function settings and random moving guides, minimizing the commercial intention of the venue and relaxing the spatial mood.

“Life artist” is design philosophy we praise highly and our response to expectation of our customer. In western traditional aesthetics material, we hope to retain beauty of line in its tradition, but also combine feature of post-modern vision to break through and integrate. From western ancient civilization to renaissance, cat’s claw on traditional chair is our deepest and vivid geographical aesthetics symbol to western aesthetics, while totem on foot type also store information of different age, it is one of excellent western aesthetics material.

This project is designed for the post-80 generation, with a surface of 90 m2 and 4 rooms for family use. White tone combined with open design broadens the space. Artistic furniture with textured decoration are brilliant.The distribution of different lines over the space depicts the beauty of life and the energy of calmness.

With “Traveler find back quiet soul which has been lost for a long time” as design inspiration. The designer takes advantage of transition relation of space to enhance permeability of space and presentation effect. With regard to color, the sedate and grand dark grey is the dominant tone, and it build an atmosphere of mature and elegance by matching original wood color and black element. Modern mirror steel glass, metal quality branch decoration, exquisite wood grains are applied in presentation of space and detail skillfully, and then ease and serenity bring by travel are created jointly.
