Chinar Lounge Bar Dining by Henry Chebaane
Chinar Lounge Bar Dining
Chinar Lounge Bar Dining
Chinar is the local name for the Oriental plane tree (Platanus orientalis), abundant in the region and part of local life for generations. The name has inspired the creation of a new dining destination, a modern tea house that offers several bars and pan-Asian dining options. Located inside a light glass and timber building, the holistic design looks to deliver a theatrical vision of the myths, legends and cultures found along the ancient Silk Road.

Fireworks restaurant by Henry Chebaane
Fireworks restaurant
Fireworks restaurant
Fireworks is designed to provide an alternative take on the classic steakhouse. This intriguing restaurant and bar concept take visitors into a surreal universe celebrating the fire as source of warmth, protection and good grilled food. The entire space is a complete kinetic art installation where wall bricks glow like embers, smoke comes from the kitchen area, and every 30 minutes lighting strikes appear pulsing from the bar counter and from within cracks in the ceiling. This is a place high in symbolism, aesthetic drama, sensory stimulation and taste sensations: fireworks for the senses.

The Tea Lounge Hotel Lobby by Henry Chebaane
The Tea Lounge Hotel Lobby
The Tea Lounge Hotel Lobby
The Tea Lounge is conceived and designed like a nomadic camp: loose furniture is arranged in groups over individual rugs, some are placed under a stainless canopy symbol of the tent. Each group of seating is placed around the central tea altar acting as a fire place where tea, hospitality and comfort is provided to all guests and visitors. The Tea Lounge is a physical and conceptual representation of the ancient Silk Road for the modern travelers, a meeting place of food, cultures and ideas merging into a botanical palette of browns and greens representing various stages of tea production.

Razzmatazz night club bar
RAZZMATAZZ: a new bar lounge concept based on the idea that you don't travel on top of a magic carpet…you journey inside it to another dimension in time and space, transported to an Oriental magical realm where not everything is what it seems. A late night cocktail bar with DJ, cosy and intimate yet with surprises: instead of looking at a single rug on a floor, Razzmatazz is like flying inside a rug: patterns of digital pomegranate flowers made of wool and leather pop out onto the walls, floors and ceilings. A theatrical lighting scenography include videos and pulsing glows.

OroNero Bar & Ristorante: taking black gold as its inspiration, the unusual concept of this restaurant transcends fashion yet takes all its energy and glamour from the essence of Italian luxury: the crafts and tradition of couture, jewellery, vintage cars, gastronomy and fine wines...all edited, blended and re-imagined with high glamour and a cinematographic approach to story-telling that goes beyond dining. OroNero is styled like a high-fashion private jet with a sense of humour, playing with the senses and imagination of the customers.

Eden Garden dining pavilion
Created in collaboration with Perrier-Jouet Champagne, Eden is a garden pavilion, inside a Victorian pub from 1870, on the Kings road, in the heart of Chelsea. The pavilion contains a dining table for 14 people inside an art installation called born of flower: a canopy of 300 hand-painted butterflies making a large chandelier symbolising a vineyard in flowering season. Surrounding the pavilion is a range of plants chosen for look, scent and relevance to food, drinks and history, referencing the pub age and location in Chelsea, and Art Nouveau style of Perrier-Jouet brand identity.
