View Profile Consult Now Hire NowPepe Calderin Design was contracted to transform 20 years old house, three bedrooms residence at Doral Isles into a five bedrooms residence with cabana room, an outdoor gazebo, 56-foot-long pool with its spa and soaking bar. The waterside property gave the designers the opportunity to work with the highest level of finishes, gorgeous materials flow from one space to the other to give the design continuity; without obstructing the view of the lake. A sense of space was very important to the client and this is reproduced in the open layout provided in this 4,000 square foot home.

This private residence is located in Palazzo del Mare, in Fisher Island, Miami, Florida. This Palazzo del Mare home comes equipped with bold colors. The entryway features Calacatta floors, stainless steel and a stone water fall on the right, mirrors on the left and a satin glass ceiling with LED lights suspended with metal rods. The details, textures and color add a deep dimension to all spaces, playing with tones of camel, taupe, brown with pops of green, red, and orange. Innovative through its play of geometry, the home brings a fresh and energetic alternative to urban living.
