The restaurant is over two levels with dining on the ground floor, where a stone and metal bar dominate the space and conceal the staircase. Designers turned to Japanese philosophies of Shinto and Mayabi for inspiration. Traditional Asian building techniques and polished modern materials comfortably sit side by side. The warm ambience is achieved by the soft indirect lighting and an earthy colour palette. A wall sculpture of Geta sandals by the entrance and full height timber fins above the fixed seating are the only ornamentation.

Blenheim Design created Japanese restaurant in the heart of Oxford. Shoryu restaurant features large open kitchen and raised sake bar which adds to the theater and drama of the environment. Locally sourced materials were used throughout the space with acute attention to detail and craftsmanship. Nine meter long open kitchen provides a focal point which pays homage to the restaurant roots of Hakata. The overall interior design combines a contemporary and paired back aesthetic with subtle elements reflecting the simplicity and elegance of Japanese architecture and design.

Sushi Yoshi restaurant concept is aimed at well traveled Millennial generation and young families within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Restaurant is spread over two floors united by an interlocking timber structure and bespoke hand crafted lanterns. Interior is crafted using new technology by using 3D printing and laser cutting. The resulting concept includes ecological and sustainable message, though street inspired wall art and re-purposed materials, in a modern interior.

Family run restaurant was enlarged by joining two buildings and an open courtyard to double the seating capacity. Andalucia in the Sussex village of Ferring consists of two bars and a private dining room as well as 50 cover restaurant. Stone walled dining room, sliding skylight windows with fully grown olive tree are reminder of its former courtyard use. Spanish hams are hanging inside a glass and Himalayan rock salt unit which were chosen for its water absorbing and and air purifying properties. Independent bar is positioned at the front of the property doubling up as a holding bar.
