The project sits on a flat site in Ahmednagar and was envisioned having expansively treated spaces defined by linear parallel walls overlooking landscape on all sides. The plan is kept simple and dynamic with oscillating volumes, arising in a series of vibrant and charismatic living areas. The theme has been carried over in the interior which reflects the dramatic personality of the client, who built this house to celebrate the life of his recently deceased father.

The site is located in Pune,India. Heavily contoured on the edge of a lake, with sweeping views of the hill range. The client named this project RIDGES. The architect designed 38 signature villas depending on the view. They are either Villa Sky; Villa Lake or Villa Earth. They follow a simple language of architecture and are either step up or step down villas, each sits within tropical landscape. The masterplan infuses landscape elements with water to develop a delightful living environment for the residents. Open plan living allows for great flexibility.
