In this case, considering the new space user is a single female, the layout, flow, and updating of all the software and hardware have to undergo an overall renovation to meet the owner’s expectation for the future dwelling. By actively arranging the connected windows on the light facing surface, the design introduces the sufficient lighting and fine air circulation to the residence. The public area is planned all-open to maximize the space. . Through penetrating, overlapping and accumulation of different dimensions, the design triggers the interchange and dynamics between people’s daily life by moving the original entrance inwards. The exhibition area is carried by concrete folded plank to hold the objects with the lightest weight and serve as the connection between outdoors and indoors. Also, through half-covering and suspension, it implicitly divides independent area. With the allocation of standing exhibition walls and bar, etc., the design provides the owner a place to work flexibly.
