Nowadays, Karaköy is also an important commercial center and a transportation hub for tourists and local people. Ops Passage is located in a historical passage that is called 'French Passage'. Because of historical preservation it is not allowed to built chimney so we solved charcoal filter system. Solving acoustic problems was another problem. The concept of interior design is nordic/scandinavian with soft grey tones.

Located in Minsk the capital city of Belarus, offers 267 guest rooms, as well as a restaurant, a full-service spa, pool. Our team created a relaxed, peaceful lobby space drawing inspiration from Minsk's landscape, culture, lifestyle and the history. Every corner of the lobby is sensitively designed with the inspiration of the nature of Minsk. All elements and patterns on the surfaces are inspired by contemporary style is dominant from design to use of indigenous materials and accents of locally inspired artwork.
