The Lake One Residential House
Learning from nature and creating extensive views.We use a spatial environment hue from nature in order that the waterscape and greenery outside the window and the interior room can form a complete expansive space with no hindrance, creating a closer link between man and nature. The slow, gentle pace and color result in a harmonious life, and the light and neat lines can bring out a pleasant getaway-like atmosphere.

Between Residential House
A living space for the owner's mother is the particular point of this project. Our design concept is the comfortable and relaxing feelings about home; enjoy the wind and sunlight slightly kissing your face, look at the bamboo leaves swaying in the wind, have a pot of hot tea, all of these actions on the balcony is pure yet the most valuable daily life in the busy days.
A living space for the owner's mother is the particular point of this project. Melody Charm Residential House
Upon entering the house, a mellow and warm melody of chords sounds immediately, following the rhythm of the melody arches, lightening up with the pace. Whether it is orderly geometric or flowing organic lines, all in this space are like the rhythm and flow of music, and like light and shadows, they bring the energy of life to the space, and with the sometimes gentle stretch of the Adagio, sometimes smooth melodious Allegro, they give different flavors to the space. The addition of the rhythm’s artistic performance in the space allows a broader and more profound display of the space.

Believe design in such environment of natural criteria is to reduce interference to nature. Introducing mountain view,ocean and lighting into the house,blue sky offers room with relaxation and carefree mode for anyone sitting on couch,dining in room,taking a relaxing bath,even a rest,reading,and enjoying music alone. This is a comfortable residence desired by the busy owner who often living under stress on a daily basis.

Hidden in the city, hidden in the heart and deep in the residence, white takes in all colors and is attributed to home. This is a composite office space renovated from a 30 years old house, hidden in the exciting city like a paradise in the madding crowd, mixed with the old and new power. We intend to keep the charm of old objects in this generation. When design no longer pursues complexity, less means more and the power hidden in things will then completely be released.

DINGRUI attach importance to reflect the homeowner's personality in the design, and different ways will be used depending on the case itself to exhibit varied taste of space. In this case is a couple of doctors, and they themselves and their view towards life are the combination of elegance and rationality. The case emphasizes, as a whole, the basis of space and the presentation of light. In color, the pure white color matched with light tan, coffee color expresses the taste of art. The whole house is felt warm by adding gentle, wooden color. It is like Charlotte's taste and style.

What is the most difficult with design is to perceive the proprietor’s main ideas and to thoroughly grasp what kind of living space the dweller really wants. For someone staying at home for long hours, DINGRUI need to provide him with a breathing space of ease and comfort, flowing light, drifting air, flexibility, and adaptability to present the real life of the space. DINGRUI hope to fulfill dwellers’ desire for living and transcend their expectations.

In the designing process, the word, "together" inspired a lot. "Together means gathering in the same place," Congregation, homogeneity, harmony, and sharing reflect the relationship among the family members. Therefore, the living room, restaurant, and kitchen are clustered in the same area imitating the spirit of trinity, Different patterns are attributed to the same essence, which makes the family members able to meet one another, talk to and listen to any time. Their relationship is getting more and more intimate.A house represents its inhabitant's living style.
In the designing process, the word, "together" inspired a lot. Four Seasons Residential House
The swaying light shades on the wall with the branches, on and off the lights shape varied geometrical patterns. Paving natural stones from bamboo forest creates greenness and overflowing the spirit of Oriental Zen. The parallel cross staggered window lattice, black and white floor, and the gorgeous crystal chandelier seems to bring them back to the Chinese elegance centuries ago. Different textures present different temperaments and revolve with music. Calm and restrained textures follow the old Shanghai feelings. The house owner's taste of life is shown in this house everywhere.

With the passing of the years, seem to increasingly lose benefit in superficial pursuits, and cherish the simplicity of day to day living that is becoming to hearts. Space is also something that one can appreciate much like every space here where natural colors of earth, forest and rocks exude a sense of serenity, grace and comfort, along with multicultural flair. The mix of tradition and modern conveys a rich, multifaceted life story. Natural light filters into the room; movements of light and shadow liven up the calm and quiet space. This is simple timeless living!
