Living The Noom Housing
The project is based on 3 main axes; Wellness Living, Sustainability and Flexible Living. It aims to propose a new housing concept for the real estate market. A housing concept that offers wellness and sustainable features that benefit health and the environment, with a low density and low land occupancy percentage while maintaining a competitive and affordable price. It also offers Flexible Living because it is designed as an open-plan building that can be configured in multiple options and satisfy different needs.

D525 Barcelona Office Building
The new headquarters of the Naturgy group in Barcelona, a building owned by Inmobiliaria Colonial, has been designed through the concept of sustainable rehabilitation, recovering a building built with the aim of reducing its environmental impact of use, extending its efficient useful life. For its execution, materials of strict respect for the environment have been used and it has been carried out with a comprehensive environmental quality management plan, incorporating all the construction requirements to achieve Leed Gold certification.

PE34 Office Tower
The unique, futuristic design evokes concepts such as innovation and sustainability. It stands with a clean, elegant skin and glass facades that open into vertical gardens on some levels. By integrating vertical gardens alongside solar controlled glass, the facade reduces energy consumption. The diagonal zigzag design in the facade accentuates the verticality of a curved smooth structure while creating a futuristic look.

Living The Gardens is a complex that includes 9 villas on a land of 2,373 square meters. The villas are 3 stories buildings with a total of 216 to 275 square meters. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and half bathroom. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony, and two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each villa has a roof garden with an outdoor kitchenette. Finally, the complex's amenities include a pool, garden, children's area, picnic area, outdoor gym, yoga area, and pets area.

The scheme of the project achieves all the units can enjoy views to the Caribbean Sea. The Building is designed to be a piece of art, competing in the actual market with quality and a true immersive staying experience.

Designed to achieve a greater integration of society through a new space of public use, including Sport Spaces, Green roof and raised patio, Recreational and outdoor spaces, Terrace and Dock with a waterway view, Outdoor dining and Landscape integration. The designinvites inviting the people to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the canal.

Dynamic ShapeShifting Helix Bridge Sustainable Pedestrian Bridge to cross between 2 existing buildings with Structural Flexibility. Being a flexible tensile structure, by applying more tension to different points, a technological dynamic deformation can be achieved in response to the people crossing the bridge. It becomes a living element that responds to its use. The project features a Modular Design, Structural Flexibility, Dynamic Reaction, Photovoltaic Energy, Air-Cleaning Plants and LED RGB Technology.

This project join the new trend in green design Airports in the world, it incorporates shops and services within the terminal and make the passenger go through an experience during his instance. GREEN Airport Design Trend incorporates spaces of a greener and more sustainable aeroportuary design value, The totality of the commercial area space is lit by natural sunlight thanks to a monumental glass facade facing the runway. VIP Lounge was designed with an organic and vanguardist cell design concept in mind. The facade allows privacy in the room without blocking the view to the exterior.

It´s a concept that at the same time that honors, praises and immortalizes the club, states that achievements have been the result of talent, effort, struggle, dedication and determination. The project includes Concept Design and Commercial Implementation, Branding, Packaging, Graphic Line and Industrial Furniture Design.

20 levels tower, destinated for commercial, hospitality and office use, inspired in the Caribbean elements. The building consists in 2 vertical bodies that meet at the top by 2 habitable bridges with an interior garden to form a large frame of the natural landscape. The building is protected from the sun in its west side by a "ventilated facade" of Alucobond flaky and indirect light is filtered inside between the horizontal slats of its outline.

The areas are defined by windows that delimit every space, complemented with images designed specifically for every zone, as wallpapers to give this galactic sensation of being inside a spaceship.
