When people live in the city for so long, it is easy for them to feel numb and ignore the beauty of natural scenery. The fast-paced information era also makes people ignore daily life. The designers are open to the possibilities of free and flowing space, regardless of architecture limitations. Stars, mountains, rivers, snowflakes, or sweet chocolate are designers most cherishing childhood memories which remind them of the importance of living condition by abstract forms.

This is the enterprise exhibition hall at 2013 Guangzhou Design Week designed by C&C Design Co., Ltd. The design neatly disposes the space of less than 91 square meters, which is displayed by the touch screen display and the indoor projector. The QR code displayed on the light box is the web links of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the designers hope that the appearance of the whole building can render people a feeling full of vitality, and therefore demonstrates the creativity that the design company possesses, that is, “the spirit of independence, and the idea of freedom” advocated by them.

The creative headquarters of C&C Design is situated in a post-industrial workshop. Its building is transformed from a red-brick factory in the 1960s. In consideration of protecting the current situation and historical memory of the building,Design team have tried their best to avoid damage to the original building in the interior decoration.A lot of fir and bamboo are used in the interior design. The opening and closing, and the change-over of spaces are cleverly conceived.The lighting designs for different regions reflect different visual atmospheres.

C&C pavilion of Guangzhou design week 2012 is a multidimensional and synchronic space device. The windows and doors extended to four directions realize smart conversion and interaction inside and outside the display space, representing the enterprise concept of tolerance, openness and diversified development. By adopting the interactive display technology of augmented reality and the superposition of real environment and virtual environment, the enterprise design case inside the device achieves the conversion of display form from two-dimension to multi-dimension.
