The Piedmont Sales Center
This project is consist of villa area and tower block. It is used as sales center, for reception and working. Designer got the idea from the scenery of south of China. With the special elements of south of China, people can enjoy the beatiful view and feel eased when they go inside the sales center.

Lotus Square Art Center Sales Center
It's originally a sales centre for property. The designer started from a different angle instead of conservative conduction goes that make a prominent landmark in the local. The designer follows the principle that the interior is part of the architecture, and the whole design focus on the green and sustainability.

CTS Chengdu Ocean Spring Showing Center Sales Center
This project is a simple and modern architecture with two floors. As the building is surrounded by the water, people can feel comfortable when they enjoy the beautiful scenery from the glass wall. The designer gets the idea from a famous Chinese poem, to express the flowing water in the interior design way. People seems like to be in the nature when they in this environment.

Yuhong Health Garden Sales Center It is a sales center
Located in new Luohu International Park Residential area, enjoying 78’000 ㎡ shimaoling gym park, is the most brilliant example for ecological residence with ample negative oxygen ion. For detail design, using metal and mirror as the transaction for marble, not only keep the advantage of marble, but also bring a sense of city and future, extremely shows a virtual conflict between maturity and vitality.

The tea house consists of reception, illuminated area, library and tea exhibition. The designer would like this establishment to bring together both business aspects and leisure rather than being only a sales center. This project was developed near a mountain and by a river, featuring a beautiful view. Visitors are delighted and enjoy tranquility while drinking their teas.

Mangrove Sales Center
The whole space design, the flexibility of usage on material, light, shadow, as well as space aura, all of which strongly demonstrated the zen style and a sense of serenity. The designer uses much waterscape on the entrance of the building, aiming to release the noisy of surrounding environment. As different living space bring us different live quality and living atmosphere. The unique design could help people release their pressure and get the tranquility. There is no doubt that the polished and decent landscaping is extremely brilliant. It’s showed through a mature and quiet way.

The tea house uses Chinese traditional elements, which combines the raw material, and demonstrates the Chinese culture more deeply. As well, the designer adds various of natural points, such as, stone, wood and craft materials in such traditional tea house, which can lead the heart back to the pure mind.

Hefei Vanke Sales Center It is a sales center
Hefei Vanke Sales Center Vanke Sales Center is located in Binhu New Area, Hefei City, close to Luzhou Avenue and Nanjing Road. It is located in the modern city which surrounded by green mountains , even is a fertile place. Throughout the design, the designer uses gray as the bottom color, wooden as the main, blue for the decoration, to create a taste of introverted but also the interesting space experience for the customer.

Hefei Vanke Light of Times The project devotes to build a comfortable life space for the owners in the modern rapid life.Designer starts from the hill and water, combining with Chinese traditional culture elements, taking modern new Chinese style as the main tone. The design idea centers on the space sense of purity and simplicity. The project builds their own living space for the owners by being foreshadowed with the large area of natural colors, decorated with metal materials.

City Garden Sample Room
The sample room is adopted in Chinese style, with three main colors black, white, and yulan. The whole environment is filled with antique atmosphere, collocated with black and white marble and a brass ornament, which make the room a sense of the sedate. As well, the porch, teahouse and living room are connected with each other naturally in the space,It creates a sense of romance and the classic, like the warm home. The design for the bathroom shows the perfect combination of the classical and modern, additionally, the wooden floor and cyan marble look elegant and fashionable.

CITIC Orchis Bay Sales Center As a real estate sales center, the first floor was the overhead layer before, and the height gap with the second floor is 6 meters. The first floor is mainly for real estate audio-visual display and sales contact. Consumers in the first floor make all-round understanding of the real estate’s information.In the process of going up the staircase, with the video information rendering, it can increase the interaction of the space.

Chinese Quadrangles have influenced the characteristics of this structure, which is an adaptive re-use of an older building and former seafood restaurant. The Zen Resort, Spa Sales and Exhibition Center has three floors, with the main exhibition area occupying the first floor, with VIP rooms, offices and dining facilities occupying the other two. The exhibition area is divided into three main parts, the reception area to the middle, the negotiation area to the left and the main exhibition area to the right.
