The balance between functionality and style while reflecting the architectural values was the primary aim of the design. The use of color, geometrical shapes and fractions was designers’ main design tool which allowed them to play with shapes and levels to emphasize the functions. Gonye Proje combined different materials and adopted a contemporary approach to create a unique space that reflects the characteristics of the whole project.

Located on the coast of mid-Black Sea region of Turkey- SAMPA Automotive Headquarters was designed to create an elegant yet functional, comfortable and transparent environment with the use of modern design and different materials in harmony. The motto of SAMPA “Small differences, big changes” was carried through the design of the space by combining different colors, materials and textures with the intention of creating a modest yet elegant environment in accordance with the needs of the employees and a modern working space.

Gonye Proje was commissioned to design a show flat on the top floor of a skyscraper in Istanbul by Sur Yapi, a leading construction firm in Turkey. The brief was to create a living space that was full of light and transparency with minimum solid blockages. Integrated sitting and dining areas are slightly separated from eachother by using different materials on the floor. Since it is a show flat, a color scheme that would address the majority was chosen. Gray, brown and white are used as base colors, various secondary colors are used in different rooms to emphasize the roles of the rooms.
