New kind of vision for University spaces are created.

Koza Ipek Loft was designed by craft312 studio as a student guesthouse and youth centre with a capacity of 240 beds in 8000 m2 area. Koza Ipek Loft consrtruction was completed in May 2013.In general, guesthouse entry, youth centre access, a restaurant, a conference room and foyer, study halls, rooms, and administrative offices in multiples of 12 storey building consisting of an innovative, modern and comfortable living spaces have been designed. Rooms for 2 people in the core cells arranged by according to each floor, two compartments and a 24 person use.

The building has an area of 8500 m2 with consisting of ground floor and four floors. Gallery space is therefore a circular staircase that ends in a wooden parapet on the ground floor and provide continuity from both the formal aspects are highlighted. This dynamic wooden structure has emerged as a ’’ knowledge spiral ‘’ with a conceptual approach. This is felt throughout the predominantly with spiral wooden structure in the building.The ceiling system is designed as a flying perforation an opposite form intertwined with wooden spiral. Ceiling system emphasizes the wooden spiral.

16500 m2 area with a Preparatory School, a total of 7 stores and in the amp , classes , meeting rooms , office floor , lecturer rooms , 2 cafe's and foyer where a structure is designed .Overall, the ground floor entrance and welcome part of the cafe dissolved together, building on each floor of the gallery space, creating different layers making a difference in perception between all levels of a design approach has been adopted.
