View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe installation is located at the largest and main room of the abandoned since decades old Turkish bath - hammam in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It represents a temporary library containing solely books of art. It provides lots of comfortable places to sit or lay, bookcases, magazines and newspapers shelves, as well as computer with very rich and detailed multimedia and video archive of artists. It can be used also for presenting art performances. Thus the ancient bath currently becomes one of a kind Center for Con temporary Art in Bulgaria.

Croatoan is a newly opened cafeteria and coffee store in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, located on the ground level of existing building. The material palette is kept pretty clean and simple - gray terrazzo tops and sides for the bar and table-tops, natural plywood and black-painted steel elements. There are used simple combination between the elements and the clear gray-painted walls plus natural concrete floor and a line of cement tiles in it. Everything designed for a space of just 25 square meters. With this manner the main idea is putting the accent over the product inside - the coffee.

The Cat and Mouse bar had the opportunity to be new and modern design, made in the old ex-quarter of the craftsmen in the city of Plovdiv. The main design concept can be called 'urban archaeology' and its idea was to bring to life the memory of the place by exploring and using the old finishes of walls and floors, integrating the existing historical layers into a modern-looking space. The design tried to make a bridge to the traditional crafts based in the district during the years and to be an interesting space in the process of the second ‘revival’ of this district.
