The hotel will be built on a countryside part of Serbia, to create a conference and wellness center suitable for both businessmen and families. The hotel includes special features and services, designed to serve expectations of future hotel guests, such as a wine reservoir, a Turkish cafe, or a Hammam in line with the heritage and the landscape of Serbian history. The exterior cladding of the building is using raw and close to nature materials to match the authentic landscape.

This Campus is innovative, with full of brand new technology. the shape of the buildings is modern organic form, include special blind system, what connected into the smart electric system. This means the facade of the buildings is always different depend from the sun. The inspiration is the Capricorn constellation, because this is the sign of the city (Kecskemet) They just plan all the buildings around it, and the last star is the tower. From the tower can see all the city and the Capricorn constellation.
