View Profile Consult Now Hire NowOur goal was to design a stair that would be open but would also de-emphasize the lower ceiling height on the upper level. The treads are open loops for the lower run which stretch upward to form a tunnel to walk through from the landing to the upper floor. The tunnel forms a gateway to the upper level, this constrained tunnel space also allows the consequent room to appear larger and lends it more importance.

MAXX is a modular sofa that converts for multiple uses. The sofa back rests are easily relocated along the frame to create a double sided sofa, a deep lounging sofa or a cal queen bed. A mattress topper and bed linens are stored under panels beneath the seat cushions. The sofa can also be divided to create a double chaise and and a single chaise or three separate chaise lounges. Tables are built into the arms with recessed tall slender vases which are not seen until they are in use.

d:note follows the contour of a grand piano and includes a side-table to rest a drink while listening to music. The design is a response to the curve of the grand piano and the way people seem to be drawn to it, whether it is being played or not. d:note offers the listener an intimate seating arrangement closer to the music.

Our Osmosis line was created to address the recurring challenge of providing abundant seating without overburdening a space with furniture. Aeonia is one of our most dynamic pieces facilitating large parties and smaller gatherings alike. During design development, scale was very important, equally important was comfort. Lower backs enhance socialization, the curves allow for smooth flow of traffic and make the sofa inviting. Built in tables, both on the sides and on the top of the frame, offer a convenient place to set a drink.
