View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe designer successfully divided this two-storey house into a garage, a living room, a dining room, a garden, two guest rooms, two guest bathrooms, one helper suite, a master bedroom suite with a spacious walk in closet and a study room. The design breaks boundaries between interior and exterior space and utilizes natural light through large windows and an open roof in the center of the house. Also, a large, stylishly designed open area is extended at the back of the house to incorporate a perfect outdoor refuge within this home.

This office flat, with an area of 1,200 sq. ft., can be divided into three major areas: working zone, meeting room and multi-functional resting area. The working zone, an area emphasizing practicality and used for daily operation, consists of a washroom together with 8 working desks. The meeting room provides an ideal place for staffs and clients to interact, brainstorm and discuss. As for the multi-functional resting area, the main function is to offer a relax space for staffs to rest and chitchat in the midst of busy work.

Upon their second co-operation, the client trusts the designer entirely at heart and simply puts forward some basic requirements. Due to the client’s own interest in music and swimming, he expects there will be a professional swimming pool and studio inside the house. Also, the client loves driving and owns a nice car, so he requests a garage in the house for him to place it while relishing it. For the overall designing approach, the client, according to his own interest, expects a united, simple and elegant design for all the floors of the entire house, creating a sense of cohesiveness..

The designer bifurcated this 2,200 square-foot apartment into living room, dining room, maid’s room, den, the son’s room, the master room and a kitchen. Because this apartment is surrounded by tall buildings and with all windows facing north-south, the concern was that natural lighting permeate through the depth of living area. Being impossible to bring in sunlight, the designer decided to mount a yellow cabinet on the wall to brighten up this dark living area. To expand this energetic rhythm, a colourful Bonaldo table with six Leaf chairs are placed together with a Bang Boom light
