View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThis project is inspired by Wuhan, 'the most civil city', and designed based on the theme 'City Impression'. Having explored the history and characteristics of the city, all space is designed around the main "street" - the central model area in the project. The arched colonnade, landmark of the Concession buildings, has become the main symbol of the interior space after being refined and simplified. After the arch’s separation from the original structural system and transformation with modern materials and techniques, it becomes more of a symbol: a clear entity to an old fragment memory.

In the project, RONGER broke up and reconstructed the display function, and set up the entire space system with an immersive 'Art Space' experience. There are Outdoor Corridor, Gallery, Multifunctional Room, and Book Bar in the space, while the display functions are skillfully embedded in the space. Based on the requirements of the WELL standard, the three-constant system, which is constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen, was adopted to ensure indoor air quality.

Based on the design concept of a new office experience center combining technology and future, ecology and freedom, and creation and innovation, Rongor has presented a comprehensive business platform that integrates ecology, leisure, residence, and commerce for business, work, and life. Also, it is a space with a sense of beauty, a space that exceeds the expectations of daily office and a shared space that contains a series of compound functions such as office, conference, art display, leisure, road show development, fitness and so on, with a new office environment concept and space design.
