View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe Sky City-Foshan Vanke TOD Mixed Use Project is located in Foshan, China, as a TOD project, it has convenient access to expressway and various public transportation facilities such as metro, wharf and bus stations. Aerial pathways and underpasses for walking and cycling are also built, offering more options. To echo local history and culture, the "mulberry dyke fish pond" model is utilized in the layout and architectural forms. 3. It aims to serve the whole city, become a new city landmark and offer support for conventions and exhibitions held nearby.

Located at central area of Chancheng District of Foshan City, it is the 3rd stage public construction land of Vanke Financial Center. Design aims at integrating towers of 2nd and 3rd stage as a group, corresponding to each other in shape, material, details while maintain uniqueness. Takes advantage of existing traffic facilities, extends overpass and underground paths to core region of the project, provides multiple semi-open areas along two main highways, convenient for people to access for business purpose and for residents to get in and out of the park.

Foshan Vanke International Finance Centre, portal building of the Financial Plaza, is located in the intersection of Guilan Road and Central Avenue in Nanhai District, Foshan City. Terrace-setback technique helps to form a benchmark building with a sense of sculpture. The building presents a visual effect of "multi-layered blocks overlapping", outlines the skyline of Guilan Road and minimizes oppression brought by dense buildings around.
