It's important for them to take into consideration local sourcing, the efficiency of energy and water, and durability. In this project, to soften the harshness of the concrete jungle outside, they opted for natural materials like leather and wood furniture pieces that show off clean lines and attractive textures. Bespoke pieces such as rugs and pottery were introduced which supports artisan pieces over manufactured one.
