The house attracts people for its magnificent atmosphere and abundant sunlight. The design ideas, based on the intensification of cozy aesthetics, take in considerations the pragmatic functionalities and future readjustments that constitute the space values and connections.

The client, who has the business as makeup and flora design, owns the studio in this design plan located at the foot of Baguashan Scenic Area in Changhua City. Favoring specifically the vintage and natural style, the client in memory of the grandfather and grandmother renovates their old sanheyuan into the private studio.

There are few new buildings, adjacent to the Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station which provides the convenience of traffic network, which are located at the wild open redevelopment zone. The environment, on this area, reflects the spatial style in an emerging redevelopment zone. With the great view, moderate population, fresh air and much sunlight, the residence, in this project, is a pleasant and comfortable place good for living.
