Residents can enjoy their days in rooms with different worldviews: cars, golf, music, etc. The lighting that illuminates the house can also change color depending on the mood of the day. At first glance it looks like a white box, but you can see various expressions.

Hamada architects planned a joint housing of five houses and offices on an elongated site with a width of 15 meters by 50 meters. Each semi-open courtyard with void space was placed in each door. The effect is to secure lighting and ventilation in each dwelling unit, making it possible to secure privacy by alleviating complaints of vibration and noise by making it with wood. In addition, the courtyard became a good communication place in the neighborhood.

It is a housing plan for family of four. By inserting a through passage in the triangular site sandwiched between two roads, lifting the living space to the 2nd and 3rd floors realized the necessary parking space and living space. This became possible with a mixed structure of reinforced concrete structure and wooden structure. In the dialect of this region "tokin tokin" means "sharp". Because the facade has a unique shape with a sharp corner, it is loved by local residents and streeters.
