Ahuja Tower Residence
This is a sea facing apartment inspired by Santorini in Greece. The client wanted the house to be designed using white and blue as the primary colors. The base marble was beige,building over this palette it was decided to use white, grey, blue, silver, steel and mirror as the main colors and materials. The theme was an eclectic fusion of modern and classical design.Overall there is a serene look to the whole house which is one of the most luxurious buildings in Mumbai

Square Warehouse Lounge Bar
Seven people from different backgrounds got together to develop a restaurant in the day,lounge by evening and club by night concept in an old warehouse which had a motorcycle service center being its last tenant and the idea was to create a chic warehouse where minimal materials were used and the lighting design had to take the lead rather than the interior design, with acoustic privacy being a key factor for the place.This hospitality project was conceived to deliver a ambiance with food which is worth its value and benchmarks itself in the precinct it is situated in.

Rathi Villa Residence
The clients were looking for a modern house and hence that was the theme with few eclectic elements that makes it luxurious.The requirement was for six bedrooms and a theatre, gym, spa and bar to be incorporated within three floors. The materials that adorn this home have been kept constant and common to create visual linkage so the entire flooring is done up using one marble.While planning and making layouts a lot of focus was given to structural grid which defined sizes of space and their shapes.

The project was a 5000 sq.ft. family weekend house with a structure which would accommodate all the leisure amenities along with this the entire landscaping and site development. The design was rustic yet modern approach to the project.Wood, stone industrial light fixtures, matte flooring were the guiding factors while creating the theme. The use of wooden glo panels and metal bowls to create a wall mural are some of the unique techniques adopted in this project.

A luxurious lounge bar and restaurant creates a sense of awe through a glamorous and sense of style in an already beautiful volume of space. As the name Luna Nudo Gusta suggests the change in its mood, ambience and energy between a fine dine restaurant and a pulsating bar and lounge as the day changes into night. The Luna Nudo bar incorporates materials to create a facade further enhancing the glam quotient with a bar back display with soft lighting, antique mirror, rich metal finishes and soft furnishing.

The concept was to have a very modern plush luxury house.The bedrooms master guest and mother’s are kept minimalist with use of veneer and fabric to create warmth.The central courtyard has a Japanese table in the centre with a green wall and lawn to create a greener experience within an enclosed structure.The kids’ bedrooms reflect their personality with the use of colors yet are not kiddish. The interiors of the villa follow the architectural language thereby keeping the spaces clean straight and modern with inspiration from patterns to create texture movement rhythm and relief in the spaces.
