View Profile Consult Now Hire NowAs the architectural plan of the overall building is a quadrangle, the 200 plus residential units surround the central courtyard, therefore the design focal point is the garden landscaping, with a beech tree as main landscaping piece, as a core symbolism of Home, with certain layered plantation and pebble to create visual layers. As the whole building has a primary and a secondary entrance, the design in lobbies or relevant public amenities anchors on the fusion with the natural landscaping element in the courtyard, which is visible from any part of the space.

The interior area of the project is 154 square meters, and the designer proceeded with an overall planning from interior design, start of construction work, to the selection of furniture and decorative pieces, etc.. As the client is a devout Buddhist with a large collection of religious and culture items, the space was intended as a reception building for fellow practitioners to worship and meditate, therefore the whole project is anchored on design themes of Clear, Respect, Peace, and Solitude, as the worshiping aspiration for the users of the space to feel the sense of awe and respect.
