Lounge Grandeur public service for residence building
The Lounge Grandeur is a vivid embodiment of luxurious living environment and style. A sharing living space worth spending some quality time in. The look is dazzling and eye-catching. The public space defines the senses and tastes of the real users. Entering the main building, the grand entrance hall is an oval hub that leads residents as well as visitors into four domains of the lounge. In this transitional passing space, designers aim to provide a peace of mind.
The Lounge Grandeur is a vivid embodiment of luxurious living environment and style. A sharing living space worth spending some quality time in. The look is dazzling and eye-catching. The public space defines the senses and tastes of the real users. Entering the main building, the grand entrance hall is an oval hub that leads residents as well as visitors into four domains of the lounge. ECA Headquarter Office Space
For our client who sees materials and texture the most important thing in the construction business, we took a simple approach of reflecting the nature of the materials in the space. Calm and simple are the first image for the visitors, as for the staff, the individual work area is independent and sufficient for creative workers. Wooden lines grilles and columns are applied vertically throughout the space, to create a warm touch on the main theme of dark stone texture.

The main approach is to let calming atmosphere of stone and warm texture of wood play the magic in the generous interior area. Designers chose the neutral and mild colors in different materials to bring an elegant yet chic look throughout the space. From the dark grey mirror that ushered the space, to the stones tiles with brown layers on vertical walls, every corner is a peaceful scene for busy minds, one can easily find peace in this apartment. The visual impression of the space is presented with a dark-grey tone of the marble floor and titanium plated bronze column that extends from the entrance hall to the living areas, creating layers of lifestyles to space.

This visually open space aims to provide function, efficiency, and interaction. Space expands a blooming tree. The conference room, service area, and storage room are set at the center of the layout, as the stem of a tree. The open work area surrounds the core, expanding like clusters of leaves. To represent client's entrepreneurial spirit, industrial materials are applied, such as black partition frames and exposing ventilation tunnels giving the office a swift and neat look. Light glass and opened shelves are the roots that interweave the blooming tree.

Browsing through the design center and finding themselves in five kitchen sets in different functions and styles, customers can easily learn the features of the brand and imagine their own cooking station. The adaptation of wooden and steel elements sets an elegant and chic look for the interior space, and defines individual areas for exhibiting kitchen designs
