The construction materials are applied primarily based on the idea of environmental protection, which is reconnected firmly with urban development plans.

Unlike most of the sales plan focusing nothing more than elementary green space and wall advertising, the marketing strategy of Huiyu is perceived evidently by poolside landscape and eco-friendly construction materials that present the dreaming atmosphere and intimate relationship with natural environment. To economically complete the construction plan, within 6 to 8 months, the designer uses the recycled canvas cloth and the ecological pool in 1,500 square meters that show the embracing ecological intimacy.

The residence, in Taichung City, is located at cultural district noted for still but convenient life conditions. Taking into consideration the issues of urban development plan, environmental protection, energy efficiency and green building, the designer builds up a twin-tower architecture becoming a landmark which manifests the elegant style and spacious ecological garden.

The case located on Chongde Road, Taichung. Rows of Madagascar almond, lush vegetation is staggered as poetic beauty of spring. It well drawn the most primitive life appearance. Based on the core thoughts of "A better life for people in the house", designer reserved the natural feedback by preserving and extending the surrounding landscape. And retreated nearly 660 square meters to exchange for tree-shaded buffer area. The thoughtful design provides a delighted new link between city, dweller and the nature.
