5xSao Paulo Interior Design
The 5xSao Paulo loft project which features an urban style that incorporates industrial elements was born in an old abandoned factory. The architect interpreted the ideas of metropolis residents and their stories into colors and textures. The project also integrated many works of Brazilian art. The 130 m2 space of the loft is divided into five rooms: kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. While the gray tones give the project an industrial look, wooden elements and decoration bring warmth to the project.

The interior design of this house is neutral end clear and the natural wood details integrate the landscaping. All the environments are integrated and at the same time can have privacy through the sliding panels that divide the space. The chosen materials are natural such as the wood floor, bamboo panels, brick walls and the cotton in the fabrics of the armchairs and sofa. To contrast and bring life to the environments, striking colors like raw tones, brown, light green and blue were used.

Colorfull Home Interior Design
The contemporary design of this project embarks on the priority settings to amalgamate all social spaces of this 200 m2 apartment. From the original floor-plan one particular wall was preserved, the others were demolished to gain space and unite the ambiance. The merging between all social settings allows the couple to entertain guests or perform day to day tasks together. Whilst one cooks in the gourmet kitchen area, others can watch television or even work at the dining room table. The foremost importance was to maintain the amplitude of the space.

A young couple who love the contact with the surrounding nature and wanted the decoration of the penthouse apartment to convey features to remind them that they are near the beach, a relaxed decor and with many natural details such as wood. They wanted the apartment to have bright and strong colors. It was chosen the red, blue and green to command the decoration. The social area project is fully integrated with the kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace.
