Different textures and colors from various products stands out from a neutral interior design. Our great objective was to invite clients in and make them feel at home so they can enjoy the 704 Home Experience. Cement, pine wood and cooper were the chosen materials for this store. Modern and urban. This design took only 2 months between the start of the project and the store opening. Many creative and lowcost solutions are present in this design. Exclusive and one of a kind.

The main concept of this project is to turn the museum to its surroundings and allow visitors to experience a full interaction with the cultural environment of Puerto Madeiro. Located next to the “Puente de la Mujer”, one of the main touristic spots of Buenos Aires, the architectural/museum tour is done through ramps that assure many different experiences from the beginning to its end. Ergo, this building not only is capable of displaying contemporary art but also invites cultural life into itself turning into a unique touristic place at Puerto Madero.

Brazil is going through a crucial moment in the international scenario. The World Cup 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016 requires several changes throughout the country but particularly in Rio de Janeiro. Aiming at the requirements of these events, the project presented is originated from the mixed use: a convention center, a hotel, a business center, shops and apartments. All the aspects are very well integrated by the public square wich is the main feature of this project inviting the public space into the private building and so it becomes an open block.Unique within a chaotic environment.
