HKBCF - Passenger Clearance Building Cross Border Crossing Facility
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a large sea-crossing linking Hong Kong with Zhuhai City and Macao. The Passenger Clearance Building (PCB) serve as a transportation hub to provide clearance facilities for goods and passengers respectively using the bridge. The objective of the HKBCF is to create a new landmark building that reflects Hong Kong as a vibrant global and metropolitan city, and a gateway of Hong Kong to serve for the western part of Pearl River Delta via HZMB.
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a large sea-crossing linking Hong Kong with Zhuhai City and Macao. Pulsa Residential
The ribbon language response to the varying functions and spatial requirements to create a fluid form with changing profiles. The houses area arranged in two rows to minimize disturbance to the natural slope on site and cater for optimized sea view towards Repulse Bay for all houses. In addition, through the diffraction and reflection brought about by the curves, residents are always surrounded by the adjoining natural beauty. The curves also functionally improve the quality of interior space.

It will be a green technology park that meets the needs of industrial professionals and technology elites for one-stop work, leisure and living needs.

To feet with "landscape city" features, the concept of the design inspired by the world heritage - Zhangjiajie, Hunan unique natural style. With the theme of "Cultural and Creative Complex", including creative office space and art-level commercial space, this project seeks to create the most pioneering and trendy base in Changsha.

Jinan Honor is a super high-rise comprehensive development project located in the CBD, the core business district on the east side of Jinan city, which has the functions of business office, shopping and entertainment, and public leisure. The design creates the urban public sharing space on the roof of the podium building. The roof terrace is directly connected to the commercial and office towers on both sides.
