Imperial Mansion Community Center
The project is located in the city center of Yuhuan, Taizhou, close to the Yuhuan Grand Theater and the Yuhuan Passenger Transport Center. The area is further characterized by a complete set of living facilities, healthy traffic flow, a refreshing natural environment, and a developed transportation system. The richness of commerce and life are all gathered here. Serving as an important part of a broader urban renewal plan, this project hopes to integrate a new attitude towards the future into the current local culture.

Wenlan Mansion Display Center
The project is located in the tourism section of West Mountain's Dian Lake, Kunming. Facing the West Mountain, the site offers an open view and is surrounded by an abundance of ecological resources. The project leverages the height differences of the area and its surrounding landscape resources. The architect strives to create vertical buildings with both style and functions, and to build an open community that shares both urban like neighbourhood and the green resources of nature at the same time.

Bocui Pearl Sales Office
The land where the project is located is divided into two parts by a 12-meter-wide city road. The project is under this road and connects the whole land area. In this way the design tries to avoid noises from the vehicles on the road and from the city, at the same time, it provides a unique vertical vibrant landscape for the city road. The whole sunken space looks like a spring pond. The overall tone is white, in line with the modern style of Guangzhou’s waterfront architecture.

The Osmanthus Grace Sales Center
By defining a series of sub-spaces which have various scales but interact with each other well, the architect establishes the episode of introduction, development, and bridge, passing out the atmosphere of simpleness Time and space are evolved throughout the project, blurring the boundary of architecture, and combining humanity and nature. Therefore, the project is a perfect response to traditional Chinese gardens.

As the main supportive facility serving the surrounding residential areas, Born With Legend community center takes into consideration its function as both a physical space for public venues and as a visual landmark of the city. The project creates an open space within a confined urban fabric while also meeting the architectural demarcation requirements of urban planning. The interior space and the exterior venue are divided into two distinct rectangular spaces but are joined together by a curved plane that forms between the two areas.

Hefu Display Center
Combining features of the river’s inclusiveness, stone’s purity and jade’s transparency, the display center is designed in a modern minimal style. The design language is based on the exploration of very basic elements, such as light, space, transparency, materiality, and layout, etc. The concise and transparent technique used breaks the boundaries between internal and external spaces, and the form and facade of the building are built on the element of light and natural resources.

River One Residential
Due to the large range of elevation in Chongqing, the architect adapted his designs to the local terrain and considers the orientation and height of every building so that each apartment has an view of the landscape. The resulting height differences of the entrances are smoothed over by the elevators and stairs. The waterfall in the central courtyard and various other landscape elements are used to solve the inherent height difference of the area.
Due to the large range of elevation in Chongqing, the architect adapted his designs to the local terrain and considers the orientation and height of every building so that each apartment has an view of the landscape. The project is located in Taijiang District, Fuzhou City. It resides to the north of the historic Guangming Port and next to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys Historical Area. The project preserves the two ancient banyan trees on the site, creating a series of spaces and inner streets around them and evoking the traditional Fuzhou lifestyle that exists "under the bayan tree, next to the river". Green living, Dragon boat museum, Art exhibitions, Sales center, Leisure, and Entertainment are all united within the Tanjing Sales center, bringing a new vibrancy to the neighborhood.

The relationship between the architectural space and its visitors is always changing. The building mass extends through various spatial rhythms and possibilities, preparing the space for even more prospects in the future. The twisting shape of the building partners up with the ripples of the river and together, they dance along the wind.

The owner hopes that the display center can convey the same allure as the classical traditional Chinese gardens of Suzhou. The overall design emphasizes the visitor's experience of the space on site, especially when it conveys the fluid circulation of different spaces as experienced in traditional classical gardens. The project consists of 3 separate functional buildings with an open area enclosed in the middle. And different kinds of "transitional spaces" connect them all to form a modern courtyard which will become a spot where residents in the future can stay, socialize and communicate.

Summit Condo Sales Center
We redesigned and reorganized the building and the spatial streamline. Through a combination between virtually and reality, a spatial transformation is carried out, which enables a free switch between “open” and “private” spaces, being one body from outdoor to indoor, facilitates the interaction between people and natural space, and meanwhile maintains a sense of privacy.

HeFei Fei River Central Smart Garden Library
The project is located on the axis of the core financial business development area in Hefei. Designers hope to redefine the relationship between buildings, landscape and the public, as well as thereby deriving an interpretation of contemporary public lifestyle. The overall project combines the urban-planning green space, focuses on creating a multi-subject urban-garden type living community.

HONOR OF CHINA Sales Center
The most difficult part of the design work is to make a strong visual impact in a limited space, and meanwhile not exerting excessive pressure on the city and streets. Therefore, the designer put more contents on the second floor, and built it into a structure of cantilever. Thus, more spaces are released; a feeling of floating and a sense of art are created. While solving the space and function problem, the designer also ensures the inclusiveness and friendliness of the city and streets.
