Kirin Wetland For Vanke Town Sales Office
Vanke town hopes to continue this beautiful meaning of the Kirin legend. The huge “ecological green lung” outlines the beautiful vision of “aquatic kirin”, and Kirin Wetland·Vanke Town expresses the ecological dream of a city with the most vivid brushstrokes.The whole building is located on the wetland, thus achieving the purpose of symbiosis between the building and nature. The smooth and sleek building is like a piece of artwork standing in the middle of the wetland, which perfectly integrated into the landscape. Therefore, this expresses exactly the "poetic poetry".

City Cube Sales Office
Using Rubik's cube as the main axis of the design, it reflects the architectural characteristics of the stacked villas, and also transforms the architectural design into the vocabulary of interior design. Through the well-designed modern installation art, the spirit of interior design is presented, while the urban landscape is passed through. The size of the metal blocks, the splicing of heterogeneous materials, create an embellishment similar to mosaic art, extending from the wall, achieving the ultimate performance on large art lamps, and transforming the sales office into a space shared by future communities.

Beijing Old House Renovation Residential
The old house renovation project covers an area of three hundred and ten square meters, and the courtyard of the south house is also equipped with a bathroom. The façade retains the original classical residence in the north of the building. The inside of the pane is made of modern insulated glass doors and windows. In order to improve indoor lightening, the original wall gray bricks were partially replaced with transparent glass bricks, highlighting fashion and visual art and also the language evolution of the old house in this era.

The restaurant’s design draws on the elements related to romantic Provence and restores ancient and natural dining environment. Looking for along the marked old red brick walls, the warm lights are leaning out slightly when you step on the flagging and close to the restaurant. Sitting by the window, drinking the full-bodied generic wine and listening to the beautiful melody.

The Marketing Center of Yongxiang Mansion is located in Tianjin Beichen Tianchong Plate, which has dual possession of urban resources and natural resources. CLV DESIGN infused the elements of nature's inspiration, endowing flowers, trees, water, rocks and other ecological elements with more imagination. So, it is tended to be called by "Flowers Dancing In Forests".

Qingdao Rain Club For Leisure
Oriental culture has attracted an increasing number of global attention for its extensive precipitation on history and eternal connotation on spirit. Our original concept comes from the oriental mystery "A piece of illusion comes from the wonderland scenery which is not real". The overall design adopts Neo-Oriental ART DECO style, to depict the orient-featured peacock and boa by utilizing a great number of natural marbles and brushed stainless steels in the common space.

The whole basement level is for the grandparents, in order to build a xanadu for them: bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, a garden full of flowers and plants, pavilion surrounded by water, even a vegetable garden, offer them a happy life in old age. The groundfloor and first floor are for the masters and their children.

Hainan Yitu Deer Drinking Stream Model House
The project is located in Dumiao Village, Wenchang City, Hainan Province. The 100-year abandoned house covers an area of 550m2. The theme of the front yard design is the ocean, that is, the whales into the sea, the backyard design theme is the forest, that is, the forest empty deer drinking stream. As a model house in the beautiful village of Hainan, in addition to the functional layout to meet the needs of accommodation, from the design concept has also made a bold attempt to break through the traditional thinking, visually refreshing.
