These include mid-rise row offices, corporate villas, stand-alone retail pavilions and a basement retail street. All these components are well dispositioned within a business park setting, creating various public and landscape space in different scale. This alternate indoor and outdoor environment is set to create a new commercial typology for Qianhai.

Located inside Devon House and spanning 4,000 sq ft, the project comprises of three main areas: an entry lobby at Devon House which merges into secondly, an experiential corridor and finally the main open display courtyard with recycling facilities. The design uses a limited palette of materials, such as recycled timber veneer, recycled material terrazzo flooring, each of which was carefully selected to tell a story and provide a continuous theme for the visitors.

Hefei No.45 Middle School Fu Rong Campus is located at the southwest corner of Raycom city. It covers 27,121 sqm of site area with a total GFA of 27,239 sqm, comprising 42 classrooms and various teaching facilities. Different from conventional examination oriented education mode, this school brings in more interaction and communication to school life - an interactive central spine has been introduced which contains not only circulation space but a lot of multifunction rooms and gathering space, providing opportunities for students to exchange, communicate and explore.
