The Pavilia Bay Sales Gallery, located in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, is designed into a world-class prestigious shipyard, with the notion of breaking through ordinary design by a distinctive simulation. While the intriguing narration of yacht purchase acts as the main concept, elements of shipyard are integrated into each area including the entrance, model zone, theatre, sales hall, visual reality room, and show flat, in an interactive way to fill the spatial experience with surprises and fascinations.
3,000-square-feet trendy whiskey bar & lounge, is located right in the heart of downtown shopping center at Kunming, China. The owner is a dapper, tasteful, serious whiskey enthusiast who has been collecting diverse whiskey around the world. Correspondingly, COPPER is conceived to capture a gap that was in need of a higher range entertaining hotspot, furthermore, fulfilling the brief of creating a truly new and unique whiskey tasting experience. The design encompasses a posh, modern and classy 'English Brasserie' look and feel along with the tactile visual and geometric characteristics.

Arriving in Cebu in the 1500s with Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan, Antonio Pigafetta, a Venetian scholar, writes in his book, “First Voyage Around the World”, of a chieftain named Apo Noan from a settlement called ‘Mandani’, known today as Mandaue. Inspired by this rich chapter of Cebu’s history, Mandaue’s premier modern community embraces its storied past as it looks to the future.
Living room and kitchen on the first floor are connected to the entrance garden and backyard with swimming pool. The whole living space is crowned by a full height windows, which makes the space open, fill room with air and natural light. The high ceiling spaces feature Italian sawn marble fireplace wall along with bespoke walnut-veneered furniture and LED chandelier. The atmospheric wall palette and upholstery paneling all add an earthy richness and luxuriant atmosphere throughout the space.
The LED components business is given to Designer an new idea of design for the staffs and the owner. As a typical working environment in Hong Kong, office design is used to consider the business itself. To enhance the users’ experience in the office, Designer creates a gathering space for them, which is enlarging the scale of Idea Exchange Area. It is different with the most ordinary offices’ setting.
