View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe project proposal involves a redevelopment of the former area in which the volume of the existing construction has been reused to create a residence complex following the concept of floating gardens. The building develops in height, completely freeing the lot from the built area and guarantees a new green courtyard. At various levels of the complex, green areas are created at high altitude which help to lighten the building volume. Besides that, the undertaking has as main features a new alignment of the main facade, the creation of visual convenience, living comfort and energy efficiency.

Shuga Store design exploits at the original features of the existing building that has been cleaned up to show the original old structure and renovated with the introduction of new materials in the new project. It is distributed on two floors and in the interiors shop windows have been introduced in order to continuously change the atmosphere through the journey in the store, with glass and mirrors. The aim is to make old and new coexist in a final result that wants to make the merchandise pop up. Simple design, clear circulation and good lightning is essential in our idea of design.
