Chinese New Year (CNY) is a historic festivity in Asia dating back to 14th Century, with three classic traditions that are pillars to CNY: BaiNian, where family and friends visit each other’s homes with gifts and well wishes; Candy Box, with compartments of treats for guests to enjoy; Red Packets, envelopes within which tokens of care, such as money are shared. In this campaign, the three key traditions are designed into one gift. Celebrating the brand’s annual theme of APxArt, traditional CNY themes are distilled into abstract layers, breathing modernity into this classic festivity.

To A Creative Year Ahead Gift Promotion Campaign
Dating back to 14th Century(B.C), Chinese New Year is the most historic festivals in Asia. A time for celebrations, loved ones traditionally gift each other with wishes of wealth and fortune. Never endeavoured before, we extend the theme of creativity to Chinese New Year, revamping traditional wishes of ‘blooming wealth’ and ‘lucky abundance’ into innovative wishes for a Creative New Year. Beginning with the red pockets, the designs originate atop traditional shades of red and gold into a contemporary palette of vibrancy, whimsical and witty in its expressions, celebrating creativity.

Pin Something To Savor Brand Identity and Packaging Design
Pin is a creative cookies brand, pioneering unique Asian flavors from red dates to chilli shrimps. Pin, in Chinese means "to savor". Interestingly, the character visually looks like three stacked cubes, hence in the logo design, we placed the English characters Pin into the Chinese character to create a logo that reads simultaneously in both languages. In the series of eight unique cookies flavors, the packaging designs further extends the cube concept, while flavorful ingredients are whimsically illustrated to take center stage, bursting in color and vibrancy.
