With a total of five bedrooms, this is the Garden Suite within the prestigious condominium development. The seven meter high marble-clad wall with polished grey-chrome trimmings is the main feature of the living space. Coupled with a pair Barovier&Toso chandeliers, the large and expansive living space exudes stature and luxury that rivals a six-star hotel lobby.

Noce House is located in an affluent enclave on the east coast of Singapore. With 5,800 square feet over three storeys, it has its own lap pool, elevator, five bedrooms and a roof garden. The aim was to create a modern luxury interior, to communicate fine living and stature. To accommodate three generations living under one roof, spatial planning was of utmost importance. Entertainment of family and friends called for a bespoke treatment of the interiors. A singular design element, the walnut column, was conceptualized and designed - becoming the defining design element throughout the house.
